Exchange Program



Extractor Corporation's SUITMATE® Exchange Program is designed to accomplish the following:

  1. Minimize the downtime to our customers.
  2. Relieve our customers from having to make repairs.
  3. Assure our customers that all repairs are done in accordance with the current factory specifications.
  4. Provide a quick and easy solution to breakdowns whether the SUITMATE® is in or out of warranty.

How the program works


  1. If you experience a problem with your SUITMATE®, please consult the SUITMATE® Troubleshooting Guide first to determine if you can resolve the problem yourself.
  2. Call the Extractor Corporation at 800-553-3353 and explain your problem to the Extractor representative and ask for an Exchange unit.
  3. Extractor will ship you an Exchange unit the same day if possible.
  4. Replace the defective unit with the Exchange unit.
  5. Package the defective unit in the carton you received the Exchange unit in. Apply the prepaid UPS Return Label supplied with your Exchange unit. Give the box to your UPS driver. If you do not have UPS service, call Extractor Corporation at 800-553-3353 for a call tag.
